Non-emergency technical support for the ActiveTRUST line of products is available Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time via telephone 216.674.0700 or by e-mailing technical support. Emergency after-hours technical support for the ActiveTRUST line of products is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, every day of the year. After-hours support is available only for critical production system issues.
